- From the beaches of Mexico and Hawaii to the vineyards of France and beyond, we can help you ensure your destination wedding runs smoothly and is stress-free.
- Please note: destination wedding planning can be based on an hourly rate, basic planning rate or an all-inclusive planning rate. Usually destination wedding planning is prep for you before you go, but on-site coordination is also an option.
- Location selection (from the country to the resort)
- Transportation organization (from departures to arrivals home)
- Welcome package preparation including timeline, map and excursion information outline building
- Organization of guest activities

- Don’t think you need us there for every step of the way? We offer hourly rates to assist with issues or concerns as they arise.
- Hourly rate services may apply for:
- Tying it all together – ensure vendors are organized and arranging a proper order of events
- Assistance with layouts for rented spaces – if you are from out of town and need some help selecting venues and vendors, we can be that liaison
- Assembly assistance – if you need help with pulling together invitations, addressing envelopes, creating programs and wedding favor
Hourly rate services are not restricted to weddings. Circle
the Date has extensive experience planning and coordinating anniversaries,
birthdays, baby showers and other life events. Contact us for event specific

- Corporate Event
Planning -
Circle the Date is pleased to offer our services to any
company that requires assistance in planning their event. Corporate event
planning can be a full service package and can cover everything from the day
that you book your event to the day your event actually takes place. The event
planner will be on site during your event to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Possible event planning services include:
- Coordination of company or team retreats, galas, Christmas or other event dinners, meetings, etc.
- Venue bookings
